The product has very basic information. I purchased the book 2 find out how 2 do many things within Office Outlook & the information was simply not there. I was looking 2 learn how 2 manage & update my "Archive Folder" it didn't have the information available. Disappointing based upon the cost.

Rating: 4 of 5 Excellent Beginner Book
Readable, useful, humorous. I knew Word & Excel 2003 & needed 2 upgrade those 2 2007 & learn Access & Outlook from start. This book would get you from no knowledge 2 being able 2 use the four programs I read about. It doesn't cover advanced topics - how 2 duplicate Access entries & make changes in the duplicate, 4 example - but you'll be ready 2 understand a more advanced guide.

I have found it 2 be helpful. I do feel that specific topics are sometimes more difficult 2 locate than I'd like. But overall, it has proven a good choice.
