Just purchased this book & find that it almost gives a full explanation. I am not sure if it is me or the book or OSX. Possibly a little bit of all. So many changes have been made by this time that I am not sure the book is able 2 be completely accurate.
Obviously a tremendous amount of work has gone into the book!
Rating: 5 of 5 Great guide 4 a new iMac user
Just changed over 2 Apple after years of PCs. Quite a shock 4 an old dog 2 learn new tricks, but the MissingManual books have made the change much less traumatic. I have found the MissingManuals 2 be well written, easily understood, & a great help in mastering a new system.

I've relied on David Pogue 2 guide me through the ins & outs of MacOSs since long before
they named them after wild felines. I've seldom come away from an index without locating the
subject I was looking for. He's at his best with the Leopard book. If you buy or upgrade 2 this
OS, I recommend you have it on hand.
