Slik Heavy-Duty Tripod with 3-Way Fluid-Effect Head and Built-In Bubble Level

I recently purchased this tripod & have 2 say that we are delighted with it's quality & versatility. For the price, I would not have expected an item of this standard - You can probably pay a ton more & end up less satisfied than we are.

Item was shipped with broken handle AND an invoice that claimed a tripod bag was in the box! RMA procedure by Amazon is very good.

This tripod is great 4 anyone on a budget. Its construction, while not overly impressive, gives the sense that it won't tip over. Beyond that, it does what it's meant 2 do -- holds a camera steady & allows you as the photographer 2 make adjustments easily & with precision. The built-in level helps get things straight, while the adjustment knobs are easy 2 learn & work well 4 quick adjustments. I really can't ask 4 anything more 4 the price.

Simply put, if you don't want 2 spend over $100 on a tripod, this is the one 2 get.

It's not a ball-joint but 4 the price it's quite good. Very stable, but perhaps not heavy enough if you are really looking 4 something professional. Build quality is quite satisfactory.

This is a very good tripod. It's not quite as easy 2 use such as a VERY expensive tripod, but overall it's pretty easy 2 use. The only thing is, when you want 2 shoot in high angle & then switch 2 low angle, you have 2 release the camera & then put it back the other way. Other than that, it's stable, it has a quick release, & it looks & feels very professional.
