Kodak Easyshare CX7430 4MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom

I recieved this as a gift a couple years ago & used it off & on up until about six months ago when I went 2 use it & it refused 2 work properly. The paper kept getting jammed & once I'd fix the jam & try with another sheet, it did it again! I'm done trying 2 make it work, because it's way too much of a hassle. I wouldn't recommend it if you're hoping 2 use it 4 a lot of pictures & 4 a longer time period than a year or so.

THIS PRODUCT SUCKED. I TAKE A PICTURE AND THEY ALL COME OUT DARK. THE OWNER SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. I GUESS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY WON'T LIGHTEN UP NO MATTER WHAT I DO TO THEM. I WAS A SUCKA.

Bought if because of review I read elsewhere & I wasn't disappointed! Easy 2 use, great pictures & video! Nice 2 have the numerous settings 4 the flash & such but the normal mode is great 4 almost everything. Surprised at the good quality of the video 4 a still camera too! The only small complaint I have is the size of the LCD screen, but it is a slightly older model so what the heck! I'm still used 2 taking pictures the old way by sighting through the eyepiece!

Bought it was pleased with it - had it awhile & now it kills fresh batteries after only a handful of pictures. A friend had one & said she took it 2 best buy & the guy told her the camera had "died" & new batteries are not the fix - there was no fix - same thing happened 2 mine.
Please consider this possibility if you are buying this camera - would guess mine is a 2-3 yrs old & its dead. Suggest you buy a better name brand. I'm not buying Kodak next time.

I've had this camera 4 about 3 yrs now, & it's never given me a single problem. It takes very good pictures of scenery, but I don't think the night vision mode is particularly great (are any cameras that good @ taking shots in the dark though?). I've never regretted purchasing this camera.
