...this one's not that great. I can get more whistles & bells with MS Word & more GUI with DOS. Not very impressive.

I was able 2 import my current resume & distribute it 2 serveral job websites within a half hour. For the money, this is an excellent product.

This program, while it may have its uses, is poorly programmed. I've gone through the web searching all reviews 4 this product & found a number of them mentioning issues with bugs & features. I did this research after installing & having problems. First, importing a previously done resume in MS Word caused Resumemaker 2 lock up. I also have an issue when creating a new resume. I get up 2 the 16% complete through the wizard & get an overflow error. I've even gone as far as deleting my profile 2 see if it were corrupt 2 uninstalling/reinstalling this program. To no avail. For $30, all I have is a cardboard box & a frisbie. With how this software is programmed, it is not even worth paying them $5 for. It's just obvious the programmers coded this quick & sloppy.

This software provides solid strategies 4 building a resume, both content & format. But it is impossible 2 import your resume into Microsoft Word without several formatting errors. These errors are not correctble since the errors are coded in Resumemaker before they are sent 2 Word. A huge delemma 4 you unless you're skilled at Word & willing 2 start formatting from scratch. This is a nearly inexcusable dissappointment 4 the manufacturer 2 have created resume product in a business world that wants your resume sent electronically. Especially when this Word import feature is sold as a benefit.

It also has glitches. It frequently indicates it's saving updates 2 your file when it is not. I spent hours saving a updated changes 2 my file only 2 find that my original was left untouched.

This product is awesome! I was able 2 create a professional resume & cover letter so easily. My qualifications were presented so well on paper, it got me in the door 4 an interview. It also helped prepare me 4 the questions I was asked during my interview. I got the job I wanted!
