Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

this is one of the best pokemon games ever but get this! i dont even own it. yeah, im serious. my best friends do. ive play it with them all the time.heck, if it wasnt 4 me, they wouldnt have any purified pokemon right about now. you get eevee, but the great part is you can evolve pretty soon. i love jolteon myself, so that was a good part of the game (my friends have an espeon, which sucks in my mind.) but yeah similar but better than colliseum. great game 4 all pokemon fans & non fans might take intrest in this game. its kinda confusing at first,but once you get the hang of it its perfect!
also in vs duel mode, there are all sorts of pokemon that you can use! so buy buy buy buy spend spend spend! oh yeah did i mention BUY THE GAME! DO IT MAN! YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO! SO GET THIS GAME!

OK...I'm a grown adult, but I love this game. It's basically a RPG/strategy game. Not really hard like a Final Fantasy, but tons of fun. Graphics are great, but the music does get repetitive after awhile.

My mom is letting me review this game. I got this game & loved it! I am 9 years old & would recommend this game 2 any other kid who likes pokemon & video games. I play this game at least once a week.

My son loves Pokemon, both cards & video games. He plays several games on the Nintendo DS & has Pokemon Colosseum 4 the GameCube. He was able 2 pick right up with Pokemon XD & thought it was even more fun than Colosseum. I definitely recommend this game 4 any Pokemon lover.

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness is almost identical 2 Pokemon Colosseum, except 4 several changes were made 2 make the game much more interesting & fun 2 play. For example, the graphics are improved, battling has been slightly altered, & you have a new character 2 start out the game with. As with any game, this game has its pros & cons.

Pros:
- A wider choice of Pokemon 2 use throughout the game
- Straightforward storyline
- The problem-solving & puzzle parts of the game are not too difficult 2 figure out
- Much better graphics
- Easy controls

Cons:
- Battling can become monotonous
- Not too much depth 2 the storyline
- Not a whole lot 2 do after the game is beaten
- Not much appeal 4 replayability

In all, the game is good, but there are a few minor & occasionally irritating drawbacks that affect gameplay. However, depending on how big a fan you are of the Pokemon franchise, these drawbacks can be overlooked.

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness brings you an all-new RPG in the expansive setting of Orre, where the Shadow Pokemon live. Darkness has fallen over this strange land, now that a legendary Pokemon called Lugia has been turned. Shadow Lugia is very powerful & can't be purified - exactly what the evil group called Cipher needs. They use Shadow Lugia 2 steal a cargo ship full of Shadow Pokemon.
