make a lot of money or reach a certain number of people attending 2 make it 2 the next level. You place condos, offices & restaurants, they will be your tenants in the building, they will pay you money 4 the lease on the floor they take up; this is how you make your money. As the building gets taller & you add more floors ontop of another, it will require more maintenance.
To keep your building running smoothly, you need 2 place security guards that patrol the building during graveyard hours & janitors that clean restrooms & tenant space during the daytime. You do this by adding janitor rooms, security rooms, medical rooms help reduce stress of occupants, restaurants are also need so that people have a place 2 eat. The same creators of Simcity created this game which is actaully a port of an old Pc. game called "Sim Tower". You start with enough money 2 place a couple of rooms & a few floors. You can open menus & get statistical information by pressing the "L" & "R" buttons. The directional controller guides the in-game cursor & the "A" button places items in the game. Once the rooms get rented out, all you do is sit back & watch the money increase automatically. The game basically has a "set it & forget it" concept. The Tower plays itself & requires very little interaction from you after you have set things up. It is this lack of interaction which makes the game boring; because after you've reached your goals & finished building, all you do is watch it.
