this purchasing process was excellent!the seller is prompt,courteous & customer service driven.the product was bought 2 replace my college students broken one.it was just what he needed,no frills,perfect working & practical condition. of course he would prefer something more hip with every bell & whistle conceivable, but then again,he'd rather drive a cadillac instead of the familys 8 year on minivan,too.
