HP Pavilion DV6255US 15.4-inch Entertainment Laptop (AMD Turion Processor TL-56, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, SuperMulti DVD Drive, Vista Premium)

I was very impressed by what this laptop had 2 offer 4 the price. It really delivers on performance & quality. I have been able 2 use it 4 school, work, & burning CD's & DVD's. The shiny black finish also makes the computer look really nice. I would recommend this laptop 2 anyone that wants the most 4 there money.

Well i thought i might get my son a new laptop 4 christmas, bought this from amazon & have had nothing but grief since. No follow up 2 my e-mails asking 4 an explanation as 2 why, when sold as "new" i checked the serial number 4 warranty only 2 find a "refurbished" sticker on the bottom of the unit & "3 months" warranty. The wireless has never worked & i have had 2 reload the system 5 times.

Never again. & BE AWARE OF THE SUPPLIER

This laptop is amazing, the screen is perfect, the performance is very good even with vista, the design is great, i recommend 2 everyone. I don't test the performance 4 games, but i read very goods comments about.

I really like the new notebook & the vista windows premium. The only feature that I do not like is the location where the power cord & one usb plugs in on the right side. You need 2 be carefull 2 not accidently damage them . My mouse pad & the cd player puts a lot of risk 2 these plug ins. They would be better located at the back of the notebook. My previous Toshiba notebook did & worked well 4 4 years. Other than that I like this computer.

I've owned my hp dv6255us now 4 about 2 weeks, & it is the best notebook I've ever used. The 15.4" screen is superb, Vista works great, the microphone & webcam all work perfectly!

I have literally only one complaint, the battery life. It lasts roughly 2 hours, but because I'm always near an outlet/power source, that doesn't really apply 2 me so much.

However, all of its functions, the fantastic screen, the great laptop speakers, the very enjoyable touchpad are all part of the reason that I HIGHLY recommend this notebook. hp truly outdid themselves!
