Key Ring --Good Design
I am carrying the jumpdrive on my large keyring therefore it is very convenient when I can take off the drive without having 2 remove it from my keyring.

Just what I needed
I've owned a Lexar 512MB Secure drive 4 quite some time that was filling up. I needed something bigger. This drive has ample space, respectable security, & a shape that suits me. So far its been as reliable as I would expect it 2 be.

Great Item 4 me
I was looking 4 a secure device that I could store documents & pictures on that I would have available anywhere I might need them. The software is included on the device & has installed on the 5 different PCs that I have tried it on. By default you have access 2 the drive like any other usb drive but you can also mount your section of the drive 2 a letter on the PC when you plug it in as long as you use the password. I have not had a problem with the fact that you have 2 designate how much space you want when you create the partition since if it comes 2 it I could always pull everything out of it, delete it, & then create a new one even larger if I had to. Over all it has met all my expectitions, especially 4 $22.

Works fine
This jump drive works just fine, but I would make some changes 2 the design. There is a hole on the lid 4 a string, but it should be on the body of the drive. It is trim enough 2 fit next 2 other USB devices on my laptop.

Key ring - bad design
I agree about the keyring. I made the same mistake. My prior Lexar had the keyring in the base. Bad design Lexar! Lose cap & lose unit. Also no instructions in box about VISTA. You need 2 run the Secure software as ADMIN (right click & select ADMIN) but I didn't know & used Lexar online chat 4 help.
