Samsung WEP180 Bluetooth Wireless Headset

The item was not good at all. Volume was hard 2 change. It stated charge 4 2.5 hrs if I recall correctly, but it took 1.5 hrs or less. Does the manufacture know their own product? Hard 2 hear. Noise made it hard 2 hear on both ends of the conversation. This item was returned 4 credit!!

NOT BAD FOR 28 USD. EARHOOK IS WAY TO BIG AND IT DOESN'T FIT THE EAR NICE BUT THE SOUND QUALITY IS OK. WORKS BETTER THEN PLANTRONICS VOYAGER 520 THAT IS SELLING FOR 45-50$. not the best buy

I recently bought this since I lost my Jabra that I had. Overall this is a pretty good bluetooth. The volume is good & so is the quality. There are only two things which could be better. One is the ear hook. It is kind of uncomfortable so I wear it without it. The other thing is the volume buttons are kind of small so they take a while 2 get use to. Overall, pretty good.

the sound quality might be good but the ear hook sucks. It never stays on your ear, its uncomfortable. I even bought another ear hook 2 try it out but it doesn't work. My wife's cardio scala has the best ear hook & is comfortable. Regret buying this samsung.

Pretty good product. Works well with my cellphone. Sound quality is also good. I have small ears & the headset sometimes doesn't stay still on my ear. Earstrap is the only minus. Overall I would recommend this product.
