not much 2 say, exactly what I hoped they would be. A perfect replacement. Great price, too.

Just make sure you buy the correct size 4 your blackberry. My 8830 takes a smaller input than the Pearl or Curve.

I ordered it 4 my boyfriend (the one he had now was acting up). lo & behold, it didn't fit. Please remove that its compatible 2 8100, it's not true, & now I'm stuck with an product not needed.

I ordered three of these from SF Planet 4 my Blackberry 8700, knowing from previous experience with Blackberry headsets that they tend 2 break down after a few months (i.e. one side stops working, starts 2 echo, etc.)

Well I've tested them & ALL THREE produce an unmistakable echo. While this headset is in use, the person you are talking 2 will hear an echo of their own voice on their end, & when it is unplugged, the echo goes away. I have tried this with a number of different people & none of them can talk 2 me while I use the headset because of the annoying echo.

Sound quality 4 listening 2 music was fine, with no echo, but since this is a headset with a mic, being able 2 talk with it is pretty important.

I don't know if everyone will have this same experience, or if any of the stereo headset alternatives are any better, but this one definitely did not work 4 me when it came 2 making calls.

I was amazed at the fidelity these inexpensive earphones produced when connected 2 my Blackberry 8830. Even the bass was impressive. The off-to-answer-calls worked well, too.

I bought this headset 4 my 8830 primarily 4 listening 2 music. For the price, the sound is definitely not the best quality but liveable. I've actually had 2 use it a few times when calls came in while listening 2 the music. The caller's voice came in load & clear thanks 2 having two speakers working at the same time. According 2 the callers, my voice came in clearly as well. The only complaint that I've heard from the callers had 2 do with wind noise, which is normal 4 almost any headsets out in the market. Other than that, there's really nothing else wrong with this headset. For the price, I'm not too worried about losing it.

This is an excellent stereo headset designed 4 convenient use with BlackBerry cellphones. Comfortable earbud design with in-line microphone makes listening & speaking extremely easy. No power required 4 use so it can be used virtually anytime & anywhere.
