Assassin's Creed...it's ok
The game has awesome graphics but is redundant & a little slow at times. Overall it is ok & not a game that I would play through more than once.

Decent game with wasted potential
Assassins Creed has alot of things going 4 it. The graphics are superb, & the freedom 2 climb & jump on just about everything makes the game revolutionary. Unfortunately AC doesn't live up 2 it's full potential.

The biggest flaw with AC are its assassinations. There is little 2 no strategy involved, its pretty much a straight forward hack & slash kinda game. Even the melee combat, while visually cool, is pretty easy once you learn 2 counter attack. In fact most of the game is not very challenging at all. I would have much preferred a little more dept 2 assassinations, AC should have taken some notes from the Hitman series 4 that.

While the graphics are great, they do come at a price. You need a decent machine 2 run the game at an acceptable frame rate. I would not recommend trying 2 play the game on minimum system requirements.

The controls are a little too clunky. I appreciate Ubisoft attempting 2 break the mold & do something different here, but the controls need 2 be simplified. A gamepad is recommended tho it's still possible 2 play with just the mouse & keyboard.

Is Assassins Creed worth playing? Yes. Is it fun? Yes... at least 4 a little while. There is potential greatness with AC that just was not taken advantage of. I can only hope Ubisoft learns those lessons 4 its sequel's.

Mediocre
Good graphics & it's amazing how you can climb & go anywhere. A lot of fun at first but gets old pretty fast. Going through the same type quests/missions in each city just gets monotonous & boring.

assassins
For the PC it takes a lot of keyboard memorizing 2 play the game smoothly.
