HP Pavilion DV6725US 15.4-inch Entertainment Laptop (AMD Turion 64 X 2 Dual Core TL-60 Processor, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium)

I use this machine 4 music, dvd's, online streaming of tv shows, managing my photos, video conferencing, video editing, music editing & it can handle it all. I have had the laptop 4 almost 1 year & after getting used 2 the dreaded Vista, I now quite like it. Vista seems good 4 Home rather than Office use, I can understand businesses sticking with XP.

My previous laptop was a year 2000 Dell Inspiron. For years that computer was holding on 2 its last breath, eeking out its miserable existence. Getting the HP Pavilion was like upgrading from a Citroen 2CV 2 a spacecraft.

Importantly, I have experienced no serious overheating problems & the power cord has a solid connection 2 the laptop.

I LOVE my HP Pavilion dv6770se - I would buy this again in an INSTANT - I purchased this back in April 2008 & I use it almost daily :) - LOVE IT!

I bought this laptop about a year back & right away installed Windows Vista professional edition. I love this laptop with one exception, the key board is badly designed. The mouse pad is extremely sensitive & it is very common that while type my had would touch the keypad & courser would move 2 a different location without my knowing.

This special edition laptop has it all. Price, features, quality..3 months ago I reasearched every brand feature & associated cost & selected this lapatop 4 myself. Then my wife needed one too so I went thru the same process & still selected this laptop so we bought the second one...for $200.00 less then the 1st. Very happy with these purchases & saved the sales tax by using Amazon.con...such a deal!

I was hoping 4 a little bit better operating speed but the graphics card makes up a plenty 4 3D games. I run Flight Simulator X & it runs smooth at all but the very highest settings & then it is only a little jerky.
