Doesn't cover or protect screen but does offer a better grip & protects rest of phone.

The case I received is black rubberized on white plastic, which is visible at the seams. Nothing a sharpie wouldn't fix though. I do agree that the case gives the phone a more solid feel, & have had absolutely no problems with the slide binding or the charger not fitting. The belt clip is disappointingly bulky, but I was willing 2 try it... The actual clip stays on the belt, & you can release the phone from it with a button push. This leaves a gear shaped projection on the back of the phone.

The first night of my test period I was getting out of my car & heard it crunch. The gear had broken off of the case leaving a half inch diameter hole centered in the back! Luckily there were no other cracks or flaws which would ruin the back. I'll keep using the case, 2 protect the phone itself, but it'll be in my pocket from now on.

WORKS GREAT! But after just a few days the rubberized finish has started flaking off at the edges. It PROTECTS my W850i, just doesn't look nice anymore!

Ordered this case from LuxCase.Fast Shipping, Case fit w580i perfectly. Not Bulky at all. It has holes cut out 4 charger & m2 slot.No Screen protector though,I Recommend this case 2 any w580 owner.

This cover popped right on my phone & hasn't budged since. It's hard 2 scratch & it does a great job of protecting my phone, too.
