Fujifilm Finepix S1000fd 10MP Digital Camera with 12x Optical Zoom

I bought the S1000 2 replace an older Fuji camera. I like the shape of the Fuji because it fits my hand better than the cigarette pkg sized cameras. This camera had all of the improved features I was looking 4 & I liked it enough 2 buy one just like it 4 my son.

I just recived this camera plus a 2GB memory card & the leather case 4 the camera yesterday. Don't listen 2 any of the bad reviews on this camera because it is awesome!! It takes the most wonderful pictures with the best clairity you could get with any camera on the lot.

I love this camera. I made a mistake by purchasing the Kingston 2 meg card. This camera tries 2 send too much data 2 a regular card. You need 2 get a high speed SD card 2 utilize this fantastic camera 2 it's fullest.

I used 2 use a Kodak Easy Share & really enjoyed the camera 4 many years. However, 4 my anniversary I decided my husband should upgrade my camera as we both use it a lot. I liked the look of a SLR so I was drawn 2 the Fuji.
I just got it & I am instantly in love with this camera. I have been taking pictures of random things just 2 test it out & it is living up 2 my expectations. It takes great micro close ups which I could not do with my previous camera. It allows me 2 take pictures that retain the ambience of the room without harsh flash. It takes the pictures fast so that my pets do not have time 2 get away....I highly recommend this product.

I bought this camera based on other people's review, I guess I was wrong 2 listen 2 the opinion of others because this camera sucks. I took it on a trip 2 Florida & the quality was horrible & the zoom did not even work. I've purchased many expensive camera(s) such as Nikon & I have 2 admit, don't go cheap because cheap doesn't always offer you good quality photo's. I will never buy another Fuji camera or another cheap one, because it's just not worth my time or value. Lastly, I returned the camera & Amazon was amazing at refunding the full amount I paid 4 the camera with no problem what so ever.
