Product arrived quickly from New York & was as ordered.
The case is lighter than I am use 2 but should protect the exterior enough from minor blows or drops. Scratches don't stand a chance.

good option 4 the price
While it's not as "sturdy" as I might have liked, 4 the price this is a good option 4 the Blackberry Curve 8310 I have. And 4 those of you who care like I did too, don't worry...this red is pretty darn close 2 the red phone itself (or at least the one AT&T has). :)
The case fits securely, & while the back is still a little slick (ie, doesn't have a whole lot of traction), it's still better than just the phone itself. I haven't dropped my phone since putting this cover on, so I can't say 4 sure whether it protects it from that or not, or at least protects it from popping off into 3 pieces like I did a few times before I got this case (phone, backing, battery, all in 3 seperate directions...gotta love when that happens). Anyway, I would certainly recommend this 2 someone, & the only reason I have it 4 out of 5 stars is because it would be nice if it covered a little more of the front, especially the screen, which 4 those of us girls who wear makeup, you can all appreciate something that prevents the classic "foundation smear" across your screen after you've talked 2 someone on your phone, especially on warmer days...which we have a lot of in Florida...
