I could not figure out how 2 get this device 2 work. It kept freezing up with partial page views visible. When the device was frozen, my computer ran very slow. I left it running over night & in the morning it was still frozen. I also had difficulty getting the device 2 stop. The "Safely Remove Hardware" icon also seemed 2 be frozen. Very frustrating.

The product is just what I have expected. I am so satisfied with it. I now don't have 2 worry about being loaded with data/document.... great.

Third different drive tested & best performance 4 a budget-conscious user. Incudes a good back-up software

I must say this is an excellent product. My objective was 2 use it with my PS3. It really works. Without long & boring instalation requirements just plug it!

So good so far.... I haven't used this one much yet but I have another WD hard drive that I've been using 4 a few years now with no complaints. The other drive is the same as this one just a smaller capacity. I bought the 320 2 replace my Seagate 320 that crashed after less than a year of ownership.... POS! I've talked 2 several people who have had the same problem with Seagate hard drives.
